GLOW PARTIES
Cocos Adventure Factory offers glow rooms for all of birthday party packages.
PARTY PROCESS
- Our Event Coordinator will contact you prior to your scheduled event to confirm all details and ensure everything is tailored to your preferences.
- Please arrive at your designated start time with your guests for the 15-minute check-in period, where waivers will be checked and wristbands and grip socks will be distributed.
- Let the fun begin! Children will have access to all park attractions.
- Your group will be guided to a private party room where food, cake, and presents will be prepared.
- A dedicated Party Attendant will be assigned to your group to ensure everything runs smoothly and to help create an exceptional celebration experience.
BIRTHDAY FAQ
Are we able to bring our own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the park or party rooms, except for a birthday cake if you’d like to bring one. But here’s a tip: our Cupcake Tree is the ultimate party hero!
With the Cupcake Tree, every kid gets a treat right away. There’s no messy cutting, no waiting in line, no slowing down the fun. It’s fast, easy, and keeps the party moving from start to finish!
Food and drink add-ons are also available and can be arranged with your party coordinator.
Do parents have to pay to attend the party?
Watching is free, but playing is extra. Adult participation is optional, but highly recommended!
Are adults permitted in the party rooms?
Our party rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate your participating guests. While parents are always welcome in the room, we recommend that adult guests utilize the open seating area located directly across from the party rooms.
Can we choose a specific party room?
Yes. Six of our party rooms have a specific theme and are capable of being a glow party for no extra charge.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Basic decorations are allowed but must be coordinated with the event team. No glitter or confetti. All party rooms are already decorated to impress.
Do you provide Pizza for parties?
Fuel up for fun! Our in-house restaurant serves crowd-pleasers like pizza, chicken strips, and refreshing ICEEs. Your event coordinator can help make your celebration extra special.
